Becky, I HAVE to try your tomato soup and cheese quesadilla idea. I'm a big fan of tomato soup. I even have my girls hooked on it. Although it has to be cream of tomato. I'm okay with other fun stuff added to it to spice it up but it has to be creamy. Lol!
