We’re back on track with the Complimentary Menu#1 and tonight we’re having a superb-tasting calzone. This baby is full of ingredients that we kind of used in other stuff too, so you should already have everything. I listed grocery items on Day 1.
Way back when I cooked a version of this calzone, I tried to be crafty and artsy. I really messed it up when I did that, so I made it a simple way this time. The end result was cheesy, crusty and hearty.
You’ll like it and it somewhat healthy because I used turkey pepperoni in place of the deli meat and I used fresh mozzarella instead of the processed stuff. Take a look.
