I have been making variations of this dish since graduating from college.
My mom used to make something very similar to this, but with shrimp. We would beg for it every week. It’s so easy and so flavorful. My mom never really told me exactly how to make it, but she led me the right way.
This time I skipped some ingredients and added others. I’m telling you it is so easy. Everyone will love it too.
This is my go to dish when I’m in need for a meal that I know I won’t hear any complaints about.
